I’ve been using IBKR for about 3 years now, so I guess you can consider me a long-term user — and I must say, they have changed the way I invest.
There are a few things I like about them from being regulated, licensed and well-insured to having the BEST brokerage fee!
But of course, they are not totally perfect as there are also a few things I think they should improve, which is their web portal and mobile app experience – if you have been using IBKR for a while now, you’d know what I mean. Adding to that, they have 3 different mobile apps in total! It definitely can cause some confusion in beginners.
