Oil demand will increase by 2.64 million barrels per day (bpd) or 2.7% in 2022, down 460,000 bpd from the previous forecast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the headline and core CPI surprised to the upside and show that August&#8217;s report was not a one-off. The good news is that the downward trajectory in core goods prices has resumed as price gains slowed to 6.6% in September from 7.1% in August.
